POLICY |

|
In order to keep good communication between Guitar Sound Studio (referred to as GSS hereafter) and it's customers, the following policies must be agreed to and signed as such on form provided before work on any studio projects.

|
|
STUDIO POLICY: 1. GSS reserves the right to deny service to any band or individual at any time for actions or behavior it deems inappropriate while in the studio or surrounding household, or violation of any written policy. |
|
|
|
2. All instruments and equipment in the studio belonging to GSS must only be used or handled with express permission from GSS owner, and anyone doing so will be liable for any damage incurred during their use or handling. (Using GSS' instruments is not a normal studio service, and most individuals are required to provide their own instruments unless pre-arranged, or unless incurring studio musician services from GSS Owner). Food and beverages (other than water) are not allowed in studio without owner permission, no smoking at any time. |

3. All minors (under the age of 18) must be accompanied by an adult. |

|
|
4. Studio owner must be notified before scheduled sessions of any accompanying visitors not signed up as regular customers. |
|
|
|
5. Access granted to customers is the studio spaces only, access to the rest of the owners household prohibited without express permission. |

|
6. Customers and visitors to GSS are responsible for their own safety in studio and surrounding household, customers and visitors bear liability for accidental injuries while on premises. |

|
7. Absolutely no alcohol or illegal substances allowed in the studio, inside, or outside of premises on owners property at any time. |
|
|
PAYMENT POLICY: Payments are expected at the end of each session. No product, CD's, etc. will be released unless customer has paid in full. Any deviations to this must be negotiated with studio owner IN ADVANCE of scheduled sessions. 24 hours notice of cancellation of scheduled sessions is required, or additional sessions will require pre-payment.. GSS endeavors for it's customers to be well satisfied with product upon completion, however, payment is based on hours of service provided and not customer satisfaction. |

RECORDING POLICY: After final customer session (usually mixing, mastering and/or duplication) customer will have 1 week to schedule additional sessions to re-do any section of previously recorded material. After that time, storage and back-up of customers product (on digital recorders, mastering equipment, back-up media, etc.) is at the sole discretion of GSS. (GSS does endeavor to keep a data backup of all projects under construction, and masters and data of all full CD projects for re-orders, etc., however, the responsibility for ultimate storage of final masters belongs to the customer). |
