Battle of the Bands in Midland, MI!

Registration has begun for the Phoenix Productions, Battle of the Bands, search for Michigan’s Best local band! 12 bands will be choosen to compete to win $1000 cash and 8 hours of recording time from Guitar Sound Studio! I’m excited to be involved in this event and encourage bands to sign up for the battle by going to the Phoenix Productions website. Registration will continue through September 15th, and the Battle will be held in November, with finals on November 27th.

Thanks for stopping by the Guitar Sound Studio site. Many thanks to Heather Junge of Phoenix Productions for coming on to manage the site - she’s done a terrific job of getting some fresh updates up. Great artists in the studio recently doing a wide range of cool music. Limited Time Only from Mt. Pleasant takes it up a notch with every project, and their current is no exception. Playing original rock music with a lot of energy, currently mixing and mastering several recorded songs. Also in recently is the Michigan band Switch - these guys rock hard, and if you ever get a chance to check them out live it will be well worth your time. Switch just finished their 4 song EP master. A great young rapper, Nate Feuerstein, is continuing his ongoing cd project. This guy has mega potential. New audio sample up of the Tri Cities Ronny Jay Stricker - this guy does it all, a must see live if you ever have the opportunity. Several other artists in currently doing a wide range of music.
