Some great artists in the studio lately.    I’ve very excited to have “Blacktop Musical” in recording their 12 song CD -  a band of super creative guys - there songs are innovative, thought provoking, and entertaining - watch for them soon on the featured artist and audio samples page, as well as links to their sites to listen to their music and purchase their CD.    Also in this past week recording a CD of classic country songs are Paul and Joyce Deal from Sanford - a pleasure to hear them perform, and my honor to get to do some musician work for them as well.    Also in recently, Ana Martinez - a great song writer from Imlay City, soon to be in LA and San Francisco (lucky girl…..) - wishing her the best with her move and her music - your music was a lot of fun to work on, and very inspirational.   Best wishes to Jerry Gadwa - who himself, along with some friends of his recently composed and recorded a 12 song inspirational CD - congratulations on a great CD to him as well.

One of the services we offer here at GSS is to take vinyl record albums and convert them to CD’s.   Usual reasons for doing this, other than to preserve the recording and play on today’s players is that the album may now be out of print, not available on CD, or original recordings.     The other service we can provide in this line is to “enhance” the album if needed - eliminate some noise and re-master to improve the quality of the recording.   For more info, call me (David) at 989-465-6228.
